Creamfields South Reveals Full Line-Up For Debut Edition

Global dance brand Creamfields is most famous with electronic music fans for the annual edition in the North of the United Kingdom, taking place across Bank Holiday weekend every August. But this year, the festival is expanding to host two weekends in England. The legendary original, still taking place in Daresbury (Cheshire), but also, a brand-new event across the first weekend of June, in Chelmsford (just outside London). ‘Creamfields South’ as the event is being officially titled, will host a huge selection of artists across a range of sub-genres of dance music, with the full line-up now dropping for the 2-day extravaganza.

The headline news involves Eric Prydz, with the Swedish producer set to bring his HOLO concept to the event on Friday 3rd June (Queen’s Jubilee Bank Holiday). He’ll also be joined by a range of artists, including Camelphat, Cristoph, Joel Corry, Jonas Blue, Fatboy Slim, acclaimed songstress Becky Hill, and DJ Mag number #1 DJ in the world, David Guetta. Meanwhile, Saturday will herald the arrival of Calvin Harris, Oliver Heldens, Idris Elba, MK, Carl Cox, deadmau5, Fisher, Pete Tong, Armand Van Helden, and many more. With tickets to the North event already selling-out in record time, fans are urged to grab their passes quickly if they want to catch a slice of the Creamfields pie this Summer.

Beginning in Liverpool and becoming a huge part of UK club culture in the 90s, the Cream brand has since expanded to various events all across the world, hosting an iconic residency for many years in Amnesia, Ibiza. In more recent times, the company have played host to Swedish House Mafia‘s first U.K show (2019) since the legendary MK Bowl gig in 2012, and celebrated their 25th anniversary last year, welcoming the likes of Martin Garrix, Above & Beyond, and Pendulum across 4 days/nights.
