San Francisco’s electronic music landscape is set for a major shake-up with the announcement of Club Darc, a new seasonal club experience from Goldenvoice. The team behind the Portola Festival and Coachella has revealed plans to transform Pier 48’s Shed A into a dedicated warehouse venue for a limited run in early 2026. Located in the Mission Rock neighbourhood opposite Oracle Park, the new venue aims to bring a raw, industrial aesthetic to the city’s nightlife, with the season scheduled to run on select weekends from February 27 through May 16, 2026.
The project is a collaboration between Goldenvoice and Giants Enterprises, the entrepreneurial arm of the San Francisco Giants, designed to turn the warehouse into a premier music destination. The venue will feature a single stage with immersive production and high ceilings, capitalising on the open warehouse concept to create a unique atmosphere.
“We’re very excited to bring yet another new dance music experience to the Bay Area with Club Darc,” Danny Bell, the founder of Club Darc and SVP Talent Buyer at Goldenvoice, said. “Pier 48’s Shed A is the perfect venue to bring this vision to life – we’re going to transform the warehouse into our ideal club environment. Working alongside our partners at the SF Giants, our goal is to further the mission of making San Francisco a global hub for electronic music. We have a great lineup for our first season, and it’s going to be a blast!”.
Goldenvoice has not held back on the talent for this inaugural run, revealing a roster that features some of the most in-demand names in global house music. The lineup includes the likes of Peggy Gou, Chris Stussy, Mau P, and Michael Bibi. The programme also boasts sets from acts such as The Martinez Brothers and Armand Van Helden, as well as a back-to-back performance from DJ Tennis and DJ Seinfeld. Organisers promise that more dates and artists will be announced soon to round out the season.
Sara Grauf, Senior Vice President of the San Francisco Giants, noted the significance of the partnership and location. “We’re incredibly proud to see Pier 48’s Shed A evolve into a true music destination on San Francisco’s waterfront,” Grauf stated. “Club Darc marks an exciting opportunity to activate the historic Pier 48 with vibrant and diverse new programming.”.
