Pacha New York Debuts Brooklyn Outpost With Sold-Out Weekend

New York nightlife just experienced a massive shift over the weekend as the iconic Ibiza institution Pacha officially debuted its highly anticipated new home, taking over the legendary Brooklyn Mirage space. Spanning three days of completely packed-out events, the legendary brand drew thousands of clubbers, dance music purists, and a star-studded crowd to celebrate a major new chapter in the city’s clubbing history. The arrival of the heritage brand marks a defining moment for local dance culture, breathing fresh energy into the scene with next-generation production, immersive sound, and a strict dancefloor-first philosophy.
The historic opening weekend kicked off on Friday night with a headline set from electronic music titan Solomun. In a massive coup for the city, the artist broke a self-imposed ten-year hiatus from performing in New York during the peak Ibiza season specifically to ring in the venue’s inaugural night under the iconic twin cherries. The momentum carried straight into Saturday with a sold-out show from UK tech-house favourite Michael Bibi, bringing one of the community’s most beloved figures to the new space. Grammy Award winner Black Coffee then capped off the launch on Sunday with another capacity event, cementing the three-day celebration as an instant milestone for the city’s nightlife evolution.
It wasn’t just electronic music fans filling out the floor. The sheer scale of the launch weekend attracted an eclectic mix of Hollywood actors, musicians, and athletes looking to experience the world-class venue firsthand. High-profile VIPs spotted in the crowd across the three days included comedian Pete Davidson, model Haley Kalil, musician Deacon Phillippe, and social media star Fabiola Baglieri. Hip-hop heavyweights Saweetie and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie were also in attendance, alongside international footballer Jadon Sancho, pop vocalist Ava Max, reality star Kaylor Martin, and model Myles O’Neal.
Founded in Ibiza back in 1973, The Pacha Group’s expansion into New York represents an intentional dialogue between Mediterranean club heritage and local subcultures. The decision to set up shop in Brooklyn wasn’t about any rivalry between boroughs, but rather a focus on a prime location and the availability of a world-class space capable of hosting the brand’s ambitious hospitality and cutting-edge production layout. With a massive upcoming 2026 calendar featuring heavy-hitters like Vintage Culture, ANOTR, elrow, and Sonny Fodera, the venue is completely poised to reshape the rhythm of the city’s nightlife for years to come.
