Must Attend Events At ADE 2023

It is Amsterdam Dance Event time once again and it is shaping up to be one of the best years yet. Across the festival and conference, there is so much to see and experience.

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is an annual electronic music conference and festival held in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It is one of the world’s most prominent gatherings for electronic music professionals, DJs, producers, and enthusiasts. ADE typically spans over five days, featuring a diverse program of events that includes conferences, workshops, panels, and an extensive lineup of parties and club nights, showcasing a wide range of electronic music genres. ADE serves as a platform for networking, industry discussions, and celebrating electronic music culture, making it a significant and influential event in the global dance music community.

We have tried to select a number of events that stand out. Given the magnitude of the week, this is only a small dint into the hundreds of offerings. See all ADE events here:

Cercle x W Hotel

Cercle is holding several events at ADE this year, 14 in fact! Together with W Hotel – the pair have both day and night events. With artists such as Gordo, Cassian, Mind Against, LP Giobbi and many more. The events will touch on non-music topics such as drone flying and clothing. Across the four days, Cercle and W Hotel have so much to see and experience, it’s certainly something that should be on your list. A handful of events are still available here:

Bootshaus x Dillon Francis Invite

German club Bootshaus and Dillon Francis unite for his own headline show at ADE. Dillon will be joined by other talents such as Drove, TV Noise and more. It’s not often that Francis plays in Europe so this will certainly be a good one to attend, expect a lot of tracks from his recently announced album.

Mau P plays just one show at ADE in his home country, organised by Insomniac. It is an open-to-close set from the viral house artist. The four hour set will span all his hit songs as well as a plethora of other house heaters that make Mau P sets so special.

Spinnin’ Sessions

Spinnin’ return to ADE this year celebrating their 10th Anniversary. With the likes of Joel Corry, KSHMR and more Spinnin’ artists gracing the stage, this is a must for all Spinnin’ fans. Alongside their club show, Spinnin’ are also doing a Gaming Tournament, World’s Biggest Demo Drop and panels at Spinnin’ Academy.

The Masquerade by Claptone

Claptone will be throwing his Masquerade party at ADE this year and will be joined by a thrilling support lineup consisting of Danny Howard, Nora En Pure, Sonny Fodera and Wade. For house fans, this is certainly one of the must attend events across the week.

Martin Garrix

Martin Garrix returns to RAI with his own solo show at this year’s ADE. He will be doing a 18+ performance on the Friday, alongside an all ages on the Saturday, with a much earlier start time. Martin Garrix is known for his incredible production and performances at his special headline shows.

AMF returns this year with another star-studded lineup. From Afrojack to Armin van Buuren to MEDUZA to Headhunterz – this event is the biggest that will occur at ADE and is a bucket list event for all that have yet to experience its magnitude.

DGTL ADE: Gou Talk with Peggy Gou

Closing out the week is DGTL, with the one and only Peggy Gou. With several other solid acts in the mix, there is no better way to finish off another hectic ADE week. Peggy Gou has blown up even more as of late thanks to her viral house track; ‘(It Goes Like) Nanana’.
