New Dance Sounds: Dillon Francis, DubVision, Duke Dumont, SJ&RM + More

The 14th release Friday of 2020 sees a handful of significant releases, from JOYRYDE & Steve Aoki’s new albums, to new Calvin Harris/Love Regenerator – even the new Illenium x Excision collab – this is a big day for new music. Below you’ll find a plentiful amount of new dance sound that you need to listen to and jam out to in your living room.

Dillon Francis & BabyJake – You Do You [Mad Decent]

Dillon Francis teams up with upcoming artist BabyJake for ‘You Do You’. Strong vocals, awesome vocal chops on the drop and a banging production make this new one a highlight this week. Hopefully it gets you dancing in your living room.

Elysian (Ilan Bluestone, Maor Levi & Emma Hewitt) – Moonchild [Anjuna]

A new trance super-group emerges consisting of Ilan Bluestone, Maor Levi and Emma Hewitt. ‘Moonchild’ is the first piece from the trio and it is an incredible release to debut with. It has us excited for their upcoming EP and shows later this year.

DubVision – Into You [STMPD]

After dropping their brilliant Alesso collaboration, the DubVision brothers change it up with ‘Into You’. Instead of their usual melodic progressive house, they opt for a main room hitter that both packs a punch and still possesses their talent for melodies. It’s a welcomed surprise and we’re looking out for more!

Duke Dumont feat. RY X – Let Me Go [Universal]

Duke Dumont continues to release singles before his debut album ‘Duality’ in a couple of weeks. This one is ‘Let Me Go’, teaming up with RY X – the track isn’t your usual vocal house production from Duke Dumont. With progressive and atmospheric builds, the track drops into a punchy house record. Combined with the tremendous vocals, we hope there is another one like this on the album!

Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano & YAX.X feat. SABRI – PRAY [SONO]

Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano are back with another funky record. Teaming up with YAX.X and SABRI, the team creates a banging record with tribal house beats and a perfect progression for SABRI’s vocals to thrive on.

Ghastly feat. Karra – Help [Proximity]

For his first release of this year, Ghastly enlists Karra for her vocal talent on ‘Help’. Released on Proximity, Ghastly creates a dope electronic instrumental that, together with the vocals, results in the ultimate future bass single.

Thomas Gold – Live A Little Louder [Protocol]

Thomas Gold returns to Protocol for his 5th signing with the label with an exciting release in ‘Live A Little Louder’. With strong vocals and killer progressive house vibes – this further demonstrates the German’s quality!

Silque feat. Dizzie Rascal – RIOT [STMPD]

Dizzie Rascal returns to dance music with the help of Silque. ‘RIOT’ showcases Silque’s unique main room house sound, this time combined with Dizzie Rascal’s vocals – it creates a supreme mix-mash of rap and dance music.

EDDIE – Shine [mau5trap]

Melbournian EDDIE changes it up slightly with ‘Shine’. With vocals and an electro house production, this is both different and awesome from EDDIE. His first solo single of 2020 gets the CULTR approval!

Malaa – OCB [Confession]

Mysterious French artist Malaa releases his first 2020 original ‘OCB’. To no-one’s surprise, it’s an awesome grungy house hitter that emits his signature dirty bass heavy sound.

Plastik Funk & Deekay – Rock This Town [Mixmash]

Plastik Funk taps upcoming artist Keekay for ‘Rock This Town’ on Laidback Luke’s Mixmash label. Including strong vocals and an energetic production, this will surely get you on your feet!

AC3 – Loosing My Mind [Teamwrk]

AC3 is another alias from hit maker Tyron Hapi showcasing the deeper side of things. ‘Loosing My Mind’ brings an addictive house record to Teamwrk. After this small taste of AC3 – we already need more.

MitiS & Crystal Skies feat. Monika Santucci – Wait [Seeking Blue]

MitiS and Crystal Skies join forces for the first time and the result is incredible. With the help of Monika Santucci’s spectacular vocals, ‘Wait’ is a dazzling production and even though it’s only been out for few hours – it already deserves more attention.
