Jaydon Lewis Dazzles with Remix of Young Bombs’ ‘Starry Eyes’

Jaydon Lewis returns triumphantly with an official remix of ‘Starry Eyes,’ by Young Bombs, out now on Astralwerks. This is one banger of a transformation–the 18-year-old prodigy’s experimental production strikes a distinct and arresting balance between delicate pop stylings and rip-roaring trap beats. This multi-layered composition is a showcase for Lewis’ stylistic range, and his talent for finding a sound that is both timeless and timely.

Young Bombs have been making serious noise since 2016 with a string of highly successful remixes for artists like Alessia Cara and The Chainsmokers. A month ago, the Canadian duo released their debut single, ‘Starry Eyes,’ to worldwide praise and DJ support. While we eagerly await their next venture from Astralwerks, give Jaydon’s remix a listen, and check out his thoughts below.

My initial idea for this remix was to make it powerful while not losing the essence of the original track. I’m super happy with the final result and I hope everyone enjoys the final product. Thanks again to Young Bombs for bringing me on-board this remix pack.
