Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Trailer Surpasses 50 Million Views In 3 Days

Activision and Infinity Ward have shattered records once again, as the official reveal trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 has garnered over 50 million views across streaming platforms within just three days of its global debut. The staggering milestone cements the upcoming blockbuster as one of the most highly anticipated entertainment releases of the year.

The action-packed cinematic trailer has captivated the gaming community by teasing a darker, more dangerous narrative arc. The story focuses on a full-scale invasion of the Korean Peninsula, positioning players in the shoes of Private Park, a young South Korean soldier facing live combat for the first time. Simultaneously, the footage previews the return of a vengeful Captain Price, who is waging a rogue, personal war from the shadows following the dramatic events of Modern Warfare III.

Aside from the intense campaign locales—which span trench warfare in Korea to urban conflict in New York and Paris—the trailer confirmed major technical upgrades for the franchise. The title is built on a new ‘weapon-first’ technology stack designed to eliminate aiming bloom and deliver unparalleled gunplay precision. Furthermore, the game will completely skip previous-generation consoles, launching exclusively on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and the Nintendo Switch 2.

With 12 all-new core 6v6 maps and the official return of the fan-favourite DMZ extraction mode locked in for day one, the hype train is moving at maximum velocity ahead of the game’s official global launch on October 23, 2026.
