The game will serve as a reimagined origin story, focusing on a young James Bond at the foundational stages of his career in the secret service. To cement the game’s cinematic ambitions, IO Interactive is working alongside Amazon MGM Studios to deliver a high-profile musical collaboration for the title track.
In a move that bridges the gap between classic cinema and modern gaming, the official title song for 007 First Light has been written and composed by multi-platinum singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey and legendary composer David Arnold. Arnold, a veteran who defined the auditory landscape of five consecutive Bond films, returns to the franchise to lend his signature style to the project. The collaboration aims to blend Del Rey’s distinct aesthetic with the orchestral grandeur traditionally associated with the 007 legacy.
