With his third release this year, Italian producer Mark Mendy returns to Dutch record label Soave. The track, a guitar driven deep house tune called “Mine,” features the vocal talents of Paolo Lewis. Striking the perfect balance between danceable house and emotionally exposed songwriting, Mark Mendy’s tune captures the best of both worlds. While “Mine” has all of the energy of a heavily produced track, elements like electronic guitars and Paolo Lewis’ vocals add to the minimalistic, singer-songwriter aesthetic of the song.
Although this is only Mendy’s third release of 2019, the two song’s he has released, both through Soave, have been among his most successful. First with funky electro tune Black Gasoline, featuring Australian duo The Beamish Brothers, which has already accumulated nearly 1.5 million streams on Spotify, and later with “Midnight Love,” which has also achieved massive success. With his latest catchy dance-pop track “Mine,” Mark Mendy can expect similar results.
