Mason Drops Colorful “Amphobia” EP On Reptile Dysfunction

Dutch DJ-producer Mason’s latest EP, “Amphibia”, is packed with three unique club bangers. The EP opens with “Room Shaker”, which features a deep, clubby baseline, made funkier with the use of real bass slides, combined with plucky dancehall inspired chords. The second track in the EP is “Djangame,” a bouncy house cut with a unique syncopated back-and-forth rhythm between the bass and the lead. Mason closes out the EP with colorful throwback tune “Soul Down,” which features a retro vocal sample singing “I know there’s a soul town there somewhere deep down over a pumping house groove.

All three tracks have already been played out by DJ’s around the world to overwhelming positivity. Top-tier DJ’s like David Guetta and Rudimental have already been regularly utilizing all three of the weapons found in Mason’s “Amphobia” EP. Now, with an official release on DJ Doorly’s “Reptile Dysfunction” label, Mason’s tracks are ready for the big time.
