Diplo & Wax Motif Get Funky on “Love To The World”

Long time-friends, Diplo and Wax Motif are both icons in dance music in their own right. While both pioneering their own distinct sounds and launching their own labels, it was only a matter of time before they dropped us a musical baby. So today we get the release of their feel-good house collab, “Love To The World”.

Released through Diplo’s Higher Ground imprint, the record isn’t what one would traditionally expect from these two. The versatile pairing serves us with an irresistible and groovy rhythm that is mashed with soulful vocals. The record continues the resurgence of house music’s original sound taking strong influences from funk and disco.

Speaking on the collab, Wax Motif reveals “Diplo’s always been one of my favorite tastemaker producers, He has so many bangers in his catalog. I’m stoked to be able to release a song with him, especially with such a positive message.”
