DJ Snake, Rick Ross & Rich Brian Link On ‘Run It’ From Marvel’s ‘Shang-Chi’

The next track to be released from Marvel’s upcoming movie Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings has arrived. DJ Snake, Rich Ross and Rich Brian team up on ‘Run It’. The new single follows Wednesday’s release of ‘Lazy Susan’ also by Rich Brian (and 21 Savage, Warreb Hue and Masiwei) and NIKI’s ‘Every Summertime’.

The film has largely an Asian cast, so it is great to see Marvel opting for Asian artists to work on the soundtrack.

The single is perfect for the movie, a hard hitting, energetic track that you can envision being placed throughout a car chase or the like.

The record will also serve as the anthem for ESPN’s coverage of this year’s College Football season, which kicks off on August 28th.

DJ Snake’s latest releases have been quite diverse, from a house banger with Malaa to a feel good house record in ‘You Are My High’ and now the gritty hiphop infused ‘Run It’.

Shang-Chi is set to be released September 3rd and just today was re-confirmed to see a normal theatrical release, with it being available on Disney+ 45 days after. It is likely there will be more music from the movie to come, with them being collated into a soundtrack album releasing alongside the film.

The track was featured in the latest TV spot ‘Rise Up’ for the movie.
