Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is out, and its single-player campaign has been highly praised, earning a reputation as a genuine return to form for the series. The pacing is tight, the missions are well-crafted, and the DualSense implementation on the PS5 adds an immersive layer to the explosive blockbuster action. While the multiplayer has had a somewhat mixed initial reception, the campaign is widely celebrated as the best since the 2019 reboot.
Attention is now shifting to Season 1, which officially launches on November 6, 2026, at 12 AM ET (November 5 at 9 PM PT).
