Frank Walker Drops Vibrant Sophomore Album ‘OASIS’

Frank Walker, the Canadian producer, has released his sophomore LP today via Palm Tree Records, Kygo’s imprint with Sony Music Entertainment, and it’s the most ambitious thing he’s put his name to. Twelve tracks. A stack of collaborators. And a sound that refuses to sit still.
Where a lot of dance-pop artists at Walker’s level would double down on what already works, he’s pulled in two directions at once pushing further into euphoric electronic territory while carving out space for something more organic and emotionally raw.
Lead single “Remember Us” with multi-platinum country artist Dustin Lynch is the album’s north star: soaring melodies, anthemic energy, the kind of track that sounds like it was made for a sunset set at a festival you’re still thinking about weeks later. It does exactly what a focus single should — it makes you want to hear everything around it.
Speaking on the project, Frank shares: “OASIS is an exploration through expansion. My sophomore album is all about breaking through the guardrails that were holding me in my creative comfort zone, simultaneously pushing the bounds into both new electronic energies, and expanding deeper into organic soundscapes. Parallel to the sonic identity, it’s an emotional exploration as well—I dive into the feelings of freedom, love, self-discovery, and more. The blank canvas of artistry is represented by a barren desert, and the goal is to create my own OASIS within that space.”
