Radiohead Return To Australia and Japan In 2027, First Time In Aus In 15 Years

Radiohead will make their return to Australian and Japanese stages in May and June 2027, locking in an expansive 21-date run across Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, and Saitama.

The mammoth run represents the Oxford outfit’s first Australian performances in fifteen years, having last visited local shores back in November 2012. For Japanese audiences, the dates will mark their first headline appearances in the country since October 2008, following an appearance at Summer Sonic in 2016.

The tour builds on the momentum of the band’s European residencies staged late last year, shifting their focus to major multi-night arena stands across the Asia-Pacific region.

The live itinerary begins on the west coast of Australia with four nights at Perth’s RAC Arena kicking off on Monday 3 May. The quintet will then travel east for six consecutive dates at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena starting 13 May, followed by another six-night residency at Sydney’s Afterpay Arena from 25 May through Tuesday 1 June. From there, the production heads straight to Japan for five shows at Saitama’s GMO Arena between 8 June and 13 June.

Spanning nine studio records, from their 1993 debut ‘Pablo Honey’ to 2016’s acclaimed ‘A Moon Shaped Pool’, the band’s catalog remains among the most celebrated in modern rock history.

In an effort to prevent ticket scalping and curb secondary market bots, promoters have confirmed that access to both general admission and accessible tickets across the tour will operate under a strict fan registration model.
