Said The Sky Releases Emotionally Vibrant Album ‘Sentiment’

Today Said The Sky arrives with his sophomore LP; Sentiment. In contrast to Said The Sky’s upbeat debut album, “Wide-Eyed”, Sentiment takes a darker approach to the electronic-pop crossover genre. The core of what Sentiment is stems from something more emotionally heavy than some of Said the Sky’s previous work.

On Sentiment, the focus seems to be on the vocal and lyrical message. This is then further pushed via the touching and emotive production. The album is not simple dance music, there are elements of punk, rock and indie felt throughout, which crafts a (excuse the pun) sentimental album.

It’s great to see an album with just a few singles released beforehand. It’s increasingly becoming a reality in which the album is released as separate singles before being collated into one. Taking the journey into the album with new music makes it extra special.

“Sentiment is about recognizing that sometimes things get tough and that’s ok. It’s human. Nobody is ever alone in feeling alone.” explained Said The Sky.
