Swedish House Mafia To Return To Ullevi For Four Exclusive Shows In 2027

Following their sold-out concert at Ullevi Stadium on August 29—the biggest show of their career—Swedish House Mafia has announced they will return to the legendary venue for four nights in July 2027. The shows, slated for July 2–3 and July 9–10, 2027, are being built specifically for the stadium’s unique atmosphere.
The announcement comes as a welcome relief for fans after the unfortunate cancellation of their August 28 concert due to severe storms. For Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso, the return to Ullevi is deeply personal. The four-night stand is designed to bring fans from across the globe together in the country where the group’s story began, offering a new chance for those who missed out to experience the show.
The 2027 Ullevi performances will be entirely exclusive. The group has confirmed there will be no European arena tour, no stadium tour, and no festival appearances. Fans hoping to experience the new live show will have to travel to Gothenburg.
“Standing in the heart of Gothenburg, we felt something. The scale, the energy, the connection. The pride of standing together on Swedish soil, with music that travelled from our home to every corner of the world, and hearing it come home through the voices of the crowd. And it’s something we want everyone to experience with us. That’s why we are coming back.” – Swedish House Mafia
Beyond the stadium, Swedish House Mafia plans to take over the city of Gothenburg. During the concert dates, the city will host a dedicated fan experience featuring pop-ups, fan spaces, and merchandise stores, turning Gothenburg into the center of the band’s world.
