1001Tracklists Unveil The Top 101 Producers of 2020

1001Tracklists have revealed the top 101 producers for 2020. The annual list showcases the top 101 producers based on their plays in tracklists throughout the year. This list is data driven, different to other popularity contests throughout the scene. 1001Tracklsits sift through their extensive data in order to order the top 101 producers.

As seen below, Oliver Heldens has won! With another house acts in Meduza coming in second and the bigger guys Armin van Buuren, Tiësto and last years winner David Guetta coming in after. It is important to note that artist aliases count towards their position.

Considering this very irregular year, the results may not accurately represent the top 101 producers over a 12 month span of dj sets, because we’ve really only have a solid 3 months of data this year. It is more so the top 101 producers who have been played in podcasts and online mixes. The list does seem quite on point despite the strange year.

Twenty-one countries are represented in this year’s rankings, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ukraine, and USA.

1001Tracklists will celebrate the “Top 101 Producers 2020” rankings with a virtual Minecraft live-stream on Friday, October 30, making history as the first-ever music awards celebration on Minecraft, as well as one of the first in-game Minecraft music festivals of its kind.

You can RSVP to the event for a chance to win $1500 worth of prizes from THX
