Scottish producer and DJ Calvin Harris has taken a significant step into the wellness industry, announcing his new role as Chief Wellbeing Officer for the UK-based health marketplace Healf. The partnership was revealed as part of the brand’s new campaign, ‘Wellbeing Made Personal’, which aims to shift the narrative around health from prescriptive rules to individualised routines.
In this executive role, Harris will not merely act as a face for the brand. He is set to help shape Healf’s company philosophy, influence product curation, and guide its cultural presence. The move aligns with Harris’s long-standing personal interest in health optimisation. Since suffering a heart scare in 2014 that led to his sobriety, the producer has been vocal about his bio-hacking experiments, ranging from specific diets to jet lag protocols.
Speaking on the appointment, Harris explained that his own needs fluctuate wildly depending on whether he is touring, in the studio, or resting. He noted: “I’ve learned that what keeps me feeling good changes all the time, depending on the day, the tour, the studio, everything. Healf gets that. They’re not trying to tell you how to live; they’re helping you find what works for you.”
Healf, founded by brothers Max and Lestat Clarke, operates as a curated marketplace built around four pillars: Eat, Move, Mind, and Sleep. The company vets thousands of products to simplify the wellness landscape for consumers. Harris emphasised that for him, “wellbeing is about being able to function optimally while you’re doing the things that you want to do,” rather than sequestering himself from society to follow a rigid routine.
Harris joins a high-profile roster for the new campaign. Supermodel Claudia Schiffer has come on board as an investor and the Ambassador for Women’s Health & Longevity, while Olympic fencer Miles Chamley-Watson has been named a brand ambassador. The campaign is currently rolling out across billboards in London and digital platforms, positioning Harris as a key figure in the company’s strategy to make wellbeing more accessible and personal.
This venture marks a natural evolution for Harris, whose career longevity has often been attributed to his shift away from the party lifestyle toward a disciplined focus on physical and mental health.
