Charlotte de Witte Releases Self-Titled Debut Album

Techno powerhouse Charlotte de Witte releases her eagerly awaited eponymous self-titled debut LP. The 11-track album is out now on her own KNTXT label.

The album follows two killer lead singles that stirred fans to frenzy, including the acid-drenched, unstoppable set staple ‘The Realm’, and the powerful, organ-heavy cut ‘No Division’ with XSALT.

After a fifteen-year-long career of propelling the techno scene forward and 25 standout EPs, the Belgian DJ and producer artist explained she “started to feel the urge to embrace a format that allowed me to showcase my sonic identity in its entirety.”

Though the album is deeply personal, its focus remains firmly on the dance floor. “these are tracks that move me,” she says, “songs that carry me away like only club music and a night lost in it can.”

It is positioned as a must-have for fans and techno fiends alike. “Make no mistake, this is a true DJ album,” de Witte states. “I’m a club kid, always will be, and every track on this record makes me want to dance.”
