Major Lazer Tease Upcoming Album To Fans With New Track ‘QueLoQue’ Feat. Paloma Mami

Musical trio Major Lazer debut new track ‘QueLoQue’ feat. New York-born, Chilean artist Paloma Mami, in anticipation of Major Lazor’s upcoming studio album Music Is The Weapon, set to release October 23rd. This eagerly awaited compilation is the group’s fourth studio album, and it is rumored to be their last. The band includes record producer Diplo, and DJs Ape Drums and Walshy Fire. The iconic trio has worked with names as big as Justin Beiber, Snoop Dogg, Travis Scoot, Camilla Cabello and more. The group has received awards for their musical excellence, including nominations for Dance Song of the Year, Dance Artist of the Year, Single of the Year and many more. The trio also won Best Collaboration of the Year at The Billboard Music Awards in 2016.

The electronic trio’s music production resides in a variety of genres, blending dancehall with reggae, reggaeton, house, soca and moombahton. This track specifically dials in on Paloma Mami’s vocals, exhibiting her Chiliian roots and Latina spice. “‘QueLoQue’ has been in the works for a while now and I’m so happy to finally be able to share it with you all!” Paloma Mami says. “It has a fire energy to it with some elements of old school reggaeton and mixing it with that electronic touch from Major Lazer = PALO!” Major Lazor and Paloma Mami will be executing this single during the band’s set at this weekend’s virtual Save Our Stages Festival to benefit the National Independent Venue Association.

Stream the track now, or dance with the artists live here Saturday, October 17 at 10:10 PM ET.
