Klasey Jones And The Wildcatz Team Up On Epic & Diverse ‘Operation Midnight (Part 2)’ EP

Klasey Jones And The Wildcatz have aligned the best part of both of their styles on Operation Midnight (Part 2) EP. The journey these talents have put together here is nothing short of epic, bringing together a diverse blend of sounds across a total of 5 tracks. From wave to drum and bass, each track has riveting themes built into them brimming with personality. “Breaking Point,” introduces the heavy-hitting energy that this EP possesses, well-panned sounds swirling around, engulfing you into what will be an adventurous experience. “Trojan Horse,” shakes things up a bit with some drum and bass action, delivering some bold power with some daunting melodies. “Diego’s Theme,” doesn’t lighten up, continuing the wave genre positioning the track first track dealt out. “Hands Of Time,” comes next, which could be the most exotic of the bunch, prepared for the face to be melted as a thick basslines his one’s dome as full force. Last but not least is “Elysian Fields,” which brings together many forms of instrumentation and a echo/delay-infused atmosphere to generate something a bit slower paced and all around a solid exit track.

Klasey Jones is an Essex based talent who has experienced a wide variety of activities in the music industry. He’s made soundtrack music for video games and has been signed to labels like Terrorhythm. He builds his branding around the concepts of anime and cyberpunk aesthetics and very much has his own sound and style.

The Wildcatz are somewhat of a new name, but have built up their skill set seemingly through other alias. They’ve been supported by BBC Radio 1 and 1 Xtra, worked with names like P Money, Big Narstie, and Riz MC, and even did an official remix of Snoop Dogg. The Wildcatz have come a long way and have a long way to go, to say the least.
