Hailing from Los Angeles, DJ/producer soundslikeLANG showcases what his style and sound is all about in “Midnight and the City.” The EP blends in a nice variety of moods which gives a bit of something for everyone to enjoy. For example, the opening track showcases more of an emotional, organic house type of atmosphere, while the 3rd track goes a bit harder with amped up energy. All in all, soundslikeLANG knows how to bring an imaginative, adventurous feel to the instrumental house music he puts out there.
The solo electronic music has a unique history that follows him as well. He was into inline skating until a traumatic brain injury nearly killed him. Music was apart of the healing process and the healing he sustained clearly still lives in his soul today. His music exudes passion and quality, the artist clearly taking the time to put the proper love in every beat.
soundslikeLANG has a busy 2022 in front of him, between collaborations, upcoming shows, and even selling out the release party for this EP, he’s shredded his former self where it was needed and has reborn into a greater human that he was meant to be.
