Taylor Swift today releases the ILLENIUM take on her hit single ‘Anti-Hero’. ILLENIUM remixes don’t come too often these days, especially one for the in-demand Taylor Swift. This follows last week’s remix pack which includes new versions from Bleachers, Roosevelt, Kungs and Jayda G.
ILLENIUM does not hold back on this, the drop hits hard and changes up the pace given the delicate chords that back Swift’s angelic voice. ILLENIUM fans are sure to fall in love with this remix, but the question is – how with Taylor Swift fans feel about such incorporation of electronic music? Time will tell.
It may not be the best time to release music from Swift’s camp given the disastrous ticketing issues for her future concerts. Either way, the remix is extremely well done and its existence is terrific.
