Galantis & NGHTMRE Link Up For Downright Catchy ‘Tu Tu Tu (That’s Why We)’

Two dance powerhouses Galantis and NGHTMRE have joined forces with Liam O’Donnell on vocals for the catchy ‘Tu Tu Tu (That’s Why We)’.

2020 has been rather impressive for both artists considering the circumstances. Galantis dropped their well-received LP and recent Jackson Wang collaboration and NGHTMRE has released a number of stand-out singles.

Although Galantis and NGHTMRE come from opposing electronic subgenres, this deep cut is a righteous juxtaposition. Featuring the vocal work of Liam O’Donnell, “Tu Tu Tu” boasts an undeniably catchy and unwavering beat that ultimately shotguns the track into his funky final form. As Galantis and NGHTMRE continue challenging, refining, and mastering their solo projects, their collaborative triumph is relentlessly formidable.

“I‘ve been a big fan of NGHTMRE for a long time, and Tyler even did a remix of my song “Hunter”, so finally being able to get into the studio with him was inspiring. The pandemic gave us more time together than we normally would have, and allowed us to really be creative. I think the end result is something timeless and unique…and we may have made more music together, so keep your eyes out” – Galantis

“Galantis has been an inspiration to me for years. I’ve looked up to those guys since the Miike Snow and Style of Eye days. Writing “Tu Tu Tu” with them was a really special experience and something a little different for both of us!” – NGHTMRE
