Godamn & Aazar Return To Musical Freedom With “Big Beat”

After racking up almost half a million streams and picking up a hefty string of big-name DJ’s supporting their last release on Musical Freedom, Swiss duo Godamn has dropped their follow-up on the esteemed imprint. This time collaborating with Frenchman Aazar, who also returns to the label, after his Tiesto collaboration in 2019.

The track “Big Beat” contains similar percussion from their previous release “Kickers” but with the addition of Aazar it ups the tempo and adds many new layers of energy that make it a worthy follow-up.

The most interesting part of this track has to be those modernized underground kicks which take the origins of rave music and fuse it with more modern production. Truly that’s what electronic music is best at – making the old days new again with a shiny coat of paint.

It gives something for new and old fans to enjoy and injects a new style of energy into your playlists. Be sure to check out this slice of history with “Big Beat” using the links below.
