KHIVA Delivers Spellbinding Single ‘Misplaced Apathy’

Rising producer KHIVA is a rare breed when it comes to the electronic space. Combining her songwriting skills, edgy rap vocals, and groundbreaking sound design, she has quickly become an artist to keep tabs on. Growing up in Nova Scotia, Canada, her talent was recognized by TRUTH, who showcased her debut EP, “In The Quiet”, on their renowned label Deep, Dark, & Dangerous, in 2017. Following the EP, KHIVA has gone on to become one of the greatest performing acts in the music industry.

KHIVA’s influence over music enthusiasts has no bounds. She has blessed massive crowds at some of the top festivals, such as Shambala, Electric Forest, Okeechobee, Outlook in Croatia, and Lightning in a Bottle. Additionally, KHIVA has headlined her own memorable club shows throughout North America. Building on her constantly growing project, KHIVA has decided to drop her brand new single “Misplace Apathy”.

Fueled by sonically low frequencies and a penetrating bassline, “Misplace Apathy” opens with a haunting sequence of high-pitched sounds. The track then introduces KHIVA’s powerful lyrics and crisp drums. Like the classic Halloween horror movies, this song is thrilling and scary, yet makes its audience want to play it again and again. Previewing KHIVA’s upcoming EP, “Misplace Apathy” is an auditory adventure that takes listeners on a rollercoaster ride of bass and experimental production.
