Martin Garrix Rounds Out ‘IDEM’ EP With DubVision Collaboration ‘Empty’

Following weekly releases with Third Party on ‘Carry You’, Mesto with ‘Breakaway’ and most recently ‘Biochemical’ with Seth Hills – IDEM has arrived and with that, the last single ‘Empty’ together with DubVision.

IDEM translates to “the same” in Latin and the concept is said to represent the “culmination of a decade-long journey” for Garrix. The EP shares a name with last year’s massive shows at RAI during the Amsterdam Dance Event.

All four tracks have been inclusions in Garrix’s set for a year now and finally make their arrival to streaming platforms/ Today’s team up with DubVision takes us back to the progressive house golden era with soaring melodies and incredible vocals. ‘Empty’ only just released today but many people will know its mesmerising melody from hearing it in Martin’s sets through the year.

Garrix is back as one of the kinds of dance music with the release of IDEM and there is sure to be another bunch of IDs as he plays Ultra Music Festival in the coming weeks.
