Coming out via Trap Nation’s imprint Lowly, For My Future Past is a masterful debut effort from the young Canadian talent. Filled with relevant themes of nostalgia, it’s a 17-track journey through infectious toplines, overly unique production and a combination of indie, future bass and pop aesthetics. The tracklist is filled with previously released hits such as “Suicide Love“ with No-One and A-SHO and “Late Night Love” with ILY, while new songs such as “Stupid Feelings” and “Borderline” showcase a new side of Midsplit we’re equally loving.
