MUST DIE! has been on an absolute roll for the past year with killer single after single. His last release was “NERVE DAMAGE” from late March, and fans are lucky that we’re being blessed with yet another heavy hitter this month: “DON’T EVEN BOTHER.”
“DON’T EVEN BOTHER” starts out with dance-pop duo The Pom-Poms singing about the end of the world, unfortunately pretty timely with the current global climate. The cheery sounding vocals contrast with the cynical lyrics, adding a layer of darkness and giving listeners audio goosebumps. Shortly after, the build-up leads to an intense, dance floor ready drop that’s overflowing with powerful basslines and rave-reminiscent soundscapes.
It’s like you’re at the club and everyone is aware the world is about to end within hours, but even that can’t slow down the party. Don’t even bother worrying.
