Nadia Rose Releases Sophomore EP, First Class

British Rapper, Nadia Rose has released a new EP titled First Class via her record label, Qwerky Entertainment. The 5-track project features the versatile rapper balancing her skills as a rapper and singer to create memorable bars and hooks. Some of the best wordplays can be heard on tracks like “Sugar Zaddy,” “Too Bad,” and “Werk It Out.” On “Werk It Out,” she raps: “Archery champ the way I arch my back.”

First Class comes as a follow up of Highly Flammable which was released in 2017. It’s also her first since breaking free from the constraints of a major label that tried to ruin her career as an artist. Speaking on the release, she said, “I’m thrilled to be releasing my first of many projects via my independent record label Qwerky Entertainment.”

Having first appeared on the mainstream music scene in 2016 as a powerfully confident artist with a singular vision, the British hip-hop artist’s effervescent hit “Skwod” landed her a MOBO Award award and a top 5 position on the BBC Sound of 2017 shortlist.

She has also released the music video for “Higher,” a single off the EP.
