Space Motion, Jordan John, & Charlotte OC Combine Their Talents On The Release Of ‘Baby Blue’

Jordan John, the prodigious Swiss-Caribbean talent, famed for his gripping 10-track release under Steve Lawler’s distinguished Evive/Armada label, has once again captivated the electronic scene. His latest, “Baby Blue”, is a product of brilliant collaboration with the iconic Space Motion and the enchanting Charlotte OC. This timely release is already being hailed as a late summer dancefloor must-have, garnering attention from elite artists such as Solomun, Damian Lazarus, and Bedouin.

The sonic journey “Baby Blue” takes listeners on is spellbinding. From the emotion-packed vocals of Charlotte OC to the riveting synths and echoing FX features by Space Motion, the record is an auditory spectacle. Especially OC’s haunting refrain, “look how you control the room all eyes on you… you’re the evening sky, you’re the sun upon my skin, your constant light… Baby Blue.”

Jordan himself described the genesis of the project: “The unique blend of Charlotte’s indie-pop leanings and my own percussion-driven sensibilities hinted at the track’s potential as a Progressive/Techno powerhouse. The addition of Space Motion, a major influence in my career, ensured that the record transformed into a cinematic and emotive work of art.”

And as the global dance community awaits its August 11th release, the stars seem aligned. With Space Motion’s ascending trajectory as a progressive legend, Charlotte OC’s entrance into the electronic domain, and Jordan’s forthcoming South American debut – featuring gigs alongside techno giants like Magdalena and Oostil – the stage is set for “Baby Blue” to fully spread it’s wings.
