Hailing from New York, case uses his classical training experience in percussion and self-learned knowledge in sound design to formulate infectious original tracks.
Adding to his skill set, case boasts flawless mixing techniques and a captivating stage presence from behind the decks. Having toured with the renowned Polo & Pan, case has also shared the stage with icons like Disclosure, Gorgon City, Sonny Fodera, and more. With mesmerizing releases such as his 2022 Oliver Heldens collab, “believe in ghosts”, case has received support from prominent EDM figureheads, such as Martin Solveig, Kaskade, and Latroit. Furthermore, he has songs synced with MTV’s Real World Atlanta, the NFL Honors awards on CBS, and other popular shows.
Continuing to build his legacy, case delivers the third installment of his hypnotic EP series, “dance music for dancing”. Discussing his thoughts on the EP, case states, “this EP is really exciting for me since it spans a large range of the types of music I like to make. there’s vibier stuff, heavier stuff… but only good stuff that makes me wanna dance. The songs represent years of demos, some of which I only recently figured out how to finish, and some seemed to finish themselves instantly.”
“show you how I feel”, a collab with Carl Chaste, starts off the EP with an invigorating bassline and hook. Other tracks like “drum baby” and “go go” feature funky lyrics and energetic progressions of drumming. The compilation closes out with the retro vibes of “bee’s knees”.
