Presenting her latest musical creation, Madjo unveils ‘Women,’ the lead single from her forthcoming album ‘Rebellion.’ Drawing inspiration from Maya Angelou’s powerful work, ‘Letter to My Daughter,’ this song reveres women, their diverse lineages, differences, and enduring legacies. Accompanied by an evocative music video directed by Mai Hua, the visual narrative showcases a captivating array of women expressing themselves freely and exuding joy. In a heartwarming display, mothers and daughters of all ages come together to illuminate and celebrate their collective strength.
Following the single release, Madjo has released an EP of ‘Women’ remixes, collaborating with talented artists such as VAPA, Superjava, and La Fine Equipe. The collection of remixes presents a unique interpretation of this empowering track, offering fresh perspectives with electronic beats, genre-blending sounds, and captivating dancefloor-oriented vibes.
