Always striving to connect with his audience on a personal level, Winchester-born singer and songwriter Ollie Wade just released his latest single, “A Song For Me.” The 25-year-old caught a lot of attention throughout his teenage years by uploading covers and vlogs on YouTube, and released his debut single “Free” at age 17. Since then, he has performed alongside the likes of Tom Odell, Andy Burrows, KT Tunstall and The Feeling, as well as released a UK iTunes Top 10 debut EP with Falling.
Now, Ollie Wade is back with his fifth single this year, releasing emotional and honest “A Song For Me.” Written about a serious past relationship, “A Song For Me” is a stunning indie-pop tune, driven by a minimal instrumental and heavenly vocal lines.
“I used to be in a pretty serious relationship with a Songwriter and Artist. It’s been a while since we broke up, but I can’t help but wonder if they ever wrote a song about me and if they did, what it would say? Because even after all this time, every song I write still leads back to her,” revealed Ollie Wade.
