As a way of celebrating their five-year anniversary under the Deadbeats imprint, Zeds Dead announces their new label ‘Altered States’ as an initiative to foster more electronic, chill and downtempo sounds. The Catching Z’s Mixtape features 13 brand new originals, available for our listening pleasure this Friday, March 26th. The content began as a mixing series dating four years back and has now evolved into a label that displays the deeper, more peaceful interpretation of Zeds Dead’s production.
From dubstep to house to the perfect blend of drum and bass, Zeds Dead has avoided conforming to singular style genres. This 13-track triumph is an experimental project that the duo is excited to launch as a new division of Deadbeats.
