Frank Pierce Releases Emphatic, Upbeat Bop, ‘From You, For Me’

Another up-and-coming artist we’ve had the fortune of stumbling upon, Frank Pierce’s music speaks for itself. He’s a songwriter, singer and producer: a one man army responsible for this record.

The first of his originals featuring his own deep croon, ‘From You, For Me’ features RnB/pop-esque verses with a bubbly future-bass drop reminiscent of The Chainsmokers. There’s a warm and soothing vibe that permeates through the entire song, whether it be in the reverbed guitar plucks or the wide array of backing vocals in the chorus or the modulation on the lead supersaws in the drop.

The dichotomy between Frank Pierce’s deep undertones and the female vocalist Sam Vasami’s consistently high melismas creates a wonderful depth to the mix that many future bass songs can’t nail down. It only helps that the vocal topline is supremely catchy.

Give this one a listen, and you’ll find it in your beach playlist in no time.
