San Holo announced the upcoming release of his second album today, bb u ok?, dropping on May 21. Along with the announcement comes a brand new collaboration with Bipolar Sunshine, “find your way.”
San Holo had started teasing the project one week ago, describing it as the “biggest announcement in San Holo history.” Today that announcement was finally revealed as album number two. The album will have 20 tracks in total, making it indeed the biggest release of his career, and will feature collaborations with some heavy hitters including Chet Porter, American Football, and Rivers Cuomo of Weezer.
The title track for the record dropped as the first single back in December, and today along with the album announcement comes a brand new single, “find your way.” The track is a vibe-y, guitar-laden anthem, and the hopeful and uplifting lyrics are delivered beautifully by Bipolar Sunshine. The two have collaborated previously on album1‘s “brighter days” and have certainly never failed to make magic happen.
