On the eve of Tomorrowland 2018 we hear the first song from the forthcoming 7 track Tomorrowland EP, “Unity” from Dimitri Vegas, Hardwell and Like Mike. Released through Smash The House over the next 10 days of Tomorrowland, we can no doubt expect to see this one on the mainstage in both their sets and many more. Unity is a high energy festival focused big-room anthem true to their sound. Other songs on the EP include Nicky Romero, Kshmr, W&W, Bassjackers and Brennan Heart. Among them we hear features from Gucci Mane and Wiz Khalifa.
In addition, Hardwell has revealed he’s been working on a follow up to his global hit Apollo and says it’ll be one of the tracks he debuts in his Tomorrowland set. After the success of the first Ultra event in Australia, a full fetched event is happening in both Melbourne and Sydney in 2019. Ultra holds ‘Road to Ultra’ events in new territories in order to test the viability of that new location for a full festival. Obviously, Melbourne’s ‘Road to Ultra’ event in February was a major success. Ultra Australia takes place the 23rd of February in Melbourne and the 24th of February Sydney next year. In 2019, the festival will be significantly larger, with multiple stages as well as something that fans have been asking for: Resistance! Resistance is coming to Melbourne and Sydney in 2019, along with all your favourite underground dance music acts.
There has been a lot of speculation over the lineup of Ultra Australia in 2019. This years event welcomed acts such as Axwell, KSHMR, Afrojack, Carnage, Will Sparks, Andrew Rayel as well as others. With the addition of Resistance, be sure to expect many more underground acts to fill the lineup. Pictured below is the Resistance lineup from Ultra Miami earlier this March. Take a look at that to gain a better understanding of potential acts for next years Resistance stage at Ultra Australia. A likely fixture to line up could be Carl Cox, a familiar face to the Resistance stage and he also lives part time in Melbourne.

Australian house maestro’s, DJs The Aston Shuffle dropped their new single ‘Everything I Got’, a few weeks back and the track has only continued to grow on us. The euphoric piano house jam is fuelled with summery vibes that will heat up your speakers. The track is out now on Spinnin-run Imprint ‘Potion’ curated by The Magician.
“This is the first piano-led track we’ve made in a while, it really makes the drops feel quite big, and super fun,” said The Aston Shuffle’s Vance Musgrove.
With its impactful drops contrasted by deep, atmospheric breakdowns, the track features several big moments, and the blissful vocals will no doubt have fans singing along in clubs, festivals, and at home. ‘Everything I Got’ hit #1 on the Hype Machine as well as being supported by Hardwell, Afrojack, Tiësto, Oliver Heldens, Don Diablo and many others in their respected radio shows.

Zedd recently held the biggest show of his life; Zedd in the Park in Los Angeles. Zedd in the Park included all your favourite Zedd hits as well as other unreleased material. Along with the unreleased music, there were other surprises in store for Zedd in the Park including an appearance from The Chainsmokers.
One of the stand out moments was when Elley Duhé was brought on stage to premier their unreleased single; ‘Are You Happy Now?’. It features very catchy vocals from Elley Duhé as well as a pop influenced instrumental from Zedd. With the success Zedd has received from his more mainstream orientated music, it’s not surprising that he has stepped away from club tracks. Release date has been confirmed as the 18th of July.

Turkish artists Sini & RMA present another brilliant production, having worked previously on records out on many labels, even with a remix on Axtone. Their latest venture ‘Chinese Gambler’, is their debut on New York label Peak Hour Music.
Chinese Gambler is a mix of fine piano melodies as well as a gritty drop. The drop is clearly the centrepiece of this record, its massive and very bass heavy. With both old and new influences involved, Chinese Gambler is great mash between big room and electro house, something that is not so prominent in the current state of dance music.
Once again, Sini & RMA have demonstrated their ability to be versatile among multiple genres, their catalogues consist of tracks ranging from bass house, to progressive house and now to this big electro house record. One of Revealed Record’s favourite artists ‘D3FAI’ joins Ensis Records for his latest edit. Scheffwell & D-Bunk, both relatively fresh acts to the scene, allowed D3FAI to put his experienced spin on the track, creating what would be the final version of the release.
All three artists come together to create what is a modern take on big room, that had its hay day a few years ago. The creepy vocals compliment the instrumental perfectly. D3FAI has made this track something that stays modern but brings back relative nostalgia from the classic big room sounds.
‘Ready’ has already reached #45 in the Beatport charts and supported by a several DJ’s.
